Since August 22, 2019, the black-silver male Black Silver Timian af Fredenslund is available as a stud in the Netherlands.
Timian is here as part of an exchange program with the Danish cattery Fredenslund. Fredenslund is known as one of the first breeders of black silver abyssin and has a long track record as a silver breeder.

Kasper, who has been available as a stud from September 2015 at cattery Metselaar, has moved to Denmark a week later.
The intention is to exchange both males again in the spring of 2020. Until then, both are available for outside matings.

The motivation for the exchange is to broaden the gene pool, both in the Netherlands and in Denmark. There are not that many Abyssinian studs, and certainly not for black silver.
Both males are meant for the silver breeding. If the silver Abyssinian is not your color, Timian is not suitable for you.
