Dogs, faithfull compagnons under all circumstances

Living in a rural area is unthinkable without a dog. I am not a real dog fan but over time I learned to live in close harmony with them.
Klaaske is a real dog whisperer. No, that is not true, she can perfecly cope with all kind of animals. And for some reason that is mutual, because there actually is not any animal that can not cope and is not willing to deal with her.

In the very past Klaaske trained dogs and learned their bosses how to handle them. Our own dogs also gained some experience from that. As a result I can easily go cycling with our Belgian shephard without taking a dog leash  with me.

He always walks neatly on the shoulder of the road and does not pay any attention to other dogs.
Until March 2008 we also had a dark grey German shephard, Xeno. A really colossal dog, who regretfully did not grow very old.
As from 2009 we had a new dark gray shephard,Shadow. He honoured his name, because he could silently approach you without being noticed. A real gift.
In 2011 Shadow moved to the USA.
